By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

Products
Worth Keeping creates personalised gifts, keepsakes and custom-made products.
Many of our products are produced specifically to your requirements.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, finish, texture, materials and appearance may occur due to differences in screens, materials and manufacturing processes.
Such variations do not constitute a fault.
Personalisation
You are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details supplied during the ordering process are accurate.
This includes:
- Names
- Dates
- Messages
- Spellings
- Uploaded photographs
- Uploaded artwork
- Any other personalised content
Orders will be produced using the information provided.
Worth Keeping cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Customer Images and Uploaded Content
Where you upload photographs, artwork or other content, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it.
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- The content is lawful and appropriate for reproduction.
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringe the rights of another party.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time an order is placed.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order.
Acceptance of your order occurs when production begins or when your order is dispatched, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- Personalisation requests are inappropriate.
- Uploaded content may infringe intellectual property rights.
- A pricing or listing error has occurred.
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
Where an order is cancelled before production begins, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled.

Production and Dispatch
Most Worth Keeping products are made to order.
Our typical dispatch timeframe is 1–3 working days.
Dispatch estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Delivery providers
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Supply chain disruption
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods passes once payment has been received in full.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details supplied during checkout.
Returns and Refunds

Customer Reviews
Customers may be invited to leave reviews following a purchase.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, misleading or fraudulent content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful under UK law.
Subject to this, our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
