Personalisation is at the heart of what we do, and we take great care when producing every order. This policy explains how personalisation works and what you can expect when placing an order.
Checking Your Personalisation Details
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
This includes:
- Names
- Dates
- Messages
- Spellings
- Addresses
- Quotes
- Uploaded photographs
- Uploaded artwork
- Any other information provided as part of your order
We will produce your item using the information supplied during checkout.
Worth Keeping cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Photographs and Artwork
Where a product requires photographs, logos or artwork, you are responsible for ensuring that the files you provide are suitable for printing.
For best results:
- Upload the highest quality image available
- Avoid screenshots where possible
- Avoid heavily compressed or blurry images
- Ensure important parts of the image are not cropped
Print quality can only reflect the quality of the original image provided.
Copyright and Permissions
By uploading photographs, artwork, logos or other content, you confirm that:
- You own the content, or
- You have permission to use it
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe any copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights.
Worth Keeping reserves the right to refuse any order where we reasonably believe the content may infringe the rights of another party.
Design Adjustments
In some cases, minor adjustments may be made to artwork, photographs or layouts to achieve the best possible finished result.
These adjustments may include:
- Resizing
- Cropping
- Positioning
- Colour optimisation
- Layout adjustments
Such changes are made solely to improve production quality and do not change the overall design intent.
Colours and Appearance
Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the finished product.
Variations can occur due to:
- Monitor and mobile screen settings
- Material surfaces
- Printing processes
- Lighting conditions
Minor colour variations do not constitute a fault.
Personalised Products and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled.

Personalised Products and Returns
Because personalised products are made specifically to your requirements, they cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Offensive or Inappropriate Content
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that we reasonably consider to be:
- Offensive
- Abusive
- Defamatory
- Discriminatory
- Unlawful
- Inappropriate for production
Where an order is refused, any payment received will be refunded.
